ABOUT ME

Yoga has been my constant for the past decade. After playing four years of collegiate field hockey, I was drawn to the practice through the discipline and physicality of asana, but it was the meditation (dhyana) and the sense of spiritual connection and oneness (smadhi) that kept calling me back and ultimately inspired me to teach.

In 2021, I opened West Side Yoga in Providence, RI and since then our community has grown to three studios. Before stepping fully into this work, I spent 10 years working in brand and product marketing for a Fortune 500 company, gaining extensive experience bringing ideas to life from conception through launch and storytelling.

I’m also a mom of two, and I deeply understand how difficult it can be to carve out time for yourself, but I also believe that you deserve that time. Whether we’re working together through a private yoga session, reiki, or small business consulting, my intention is to create an experience that feels welcoming, grounding, insightful, supportive, and a little silly.

I can’t wait to meet you.
